The 22 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion NCC, based at Pasighat, supervises the NCC activities of the college. The battalion includes two regular Army officers of Colonel rank, serving as Commanding Officer and Training Officer, along with full-time Associate NCC Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and civil officials. The college NCC wing operates the Senior Division for boys and Senior Wing for girls.
