Read the instructions carefully, prepare the required documents and complete the online application accurately. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect inclusion in the merit list.

Please read the College E-Prospectus before applying. Use an updated browser, preferably Google Chrome, and do not wait until the final day to submit the form.

How to Apply

Complete the online admission process in the following order.

1RegisterUse a valid email address and a separate username. Follow the email link to create a password.

2Complete ProfileLog in, choose the desired stream and fill every required field carefully.

3Upload DocumentsUpload clear self-attested scans within the prescribed file-size limits.

4Submit & VerifyDownload the confirmation page and produce originals if selected for physical verification.

Before You Begin

Important account, identity and submission requirements.

Account & Application

Use a valid email ID; an invalid address will prevent registration.
The username is not the email address.
Once registered, use the same username and password for future login.
Check every entry carefully before final submission.
A successful-submission confirmation will appear on the profile page for download and printing.

Aadhaar & APAAR ID

Aadhaar Card and APAAR ID created in DigiLocker are required while filling the form.
Bring a hard copy of the APAAR ID during physical document verification.
Read the APAAR ID guide or watch the tutorial.
Provide a valid mobile/WhatsApp number and email address and retain them throughout the academic session.

UG III & V Semesters

Aadhaar Card - 500 KB
Blood group certificate for students joining from other institutions - 500 KB

M.A. III Semester

Self-attested scanned university marksheet

Only bona fide JNC students may take admission to UG III and V Semesters.

Important Admission Rules

Applicants must follow all applicable college and university requirements.

Selected names will be notified on the college website.
Selected applicants must produce all original documents with the confirmation page for verification.
Admission fees must be paid offline at the admission counter after verification.
The merit list will be displayed on the college website after the application deadline.
Failure to take admission within the notified dates will result in forfeiture of the admission claim.
Refer to the prospectus for catchment-area norms.
Students from National Open School (NIOS) are not eligible for admission in this college.
Subjects for Semester I must be selected carefully; subject changes are not allowed after admission.
Admission is provisional and subject to final approval by Rajiv Gandhi University.
The application procedure is fully online; application forms are not sold at the college.
